Contact me to access a variety of class recordings so you can keep your practice going while I'm away! Class recordings are intended for current students with some experience of the GYROKINESIS Method.

GYROKINESIS® Method Class - Level 1:

The classic format for Level 1 GYROKINESIS® Method! Many exercises are performed seated and standing. Personal modifications for your body are encouraged.

Tune into your breath and connect to your center as we move together in rhythm. I will guide you verbally with somatic imagery while demonstrating.

Mobilize your spine, decompress your joints, and build your skill at sensing your body while generating strength and increasing flexibility.
